TechGents COVID-19 Policy
August 6, 2021
Important Announcement & Update:
To address healthcare concerns regarding the new Delta variant of COVID-19, starting Monday, August 9th we are requiring all visitors, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, to wear face masks within our offices. If you do not have a mask, we will gladly provide you with one. TechGents will for the time being not be providing in-person service to any individual refusing to wear a mask. While we know this decision may be unpopular with some, we believe this will help keep our clients and staff safer and healthier. We thank you sincerely for your cooperation.

Important Announcement & Update:
On April 8th, 2021, TechGents re-opened with our new administrative office in place. While we have returned to the office, we have not gone lax with our COVID-19 policy. The majority of services will still be done remotely. We have continuously upgraded our remote services throughout the past and are proud to say we can offer the vast majority of our services 100% remotely. Repair will be available through contactless drop-off or drop off through our building’s reception lobby. All services that require in-person consultation or meeting at our office will be done by appointment to control the traffic into the building.
We understand that masks are somewhat of a controversial issue. However, we have made the decision to require them within our building. Masks will be required at all times while inside the building for the protection of you, our fellow tenants, and staff.
We as a small business, we deeply appreciate the continued support through these trying times. We will continue to provide the best service while keeping you and our staff safe.
Thank you from all of us as TechGents,
Justin M. White

Important Announcement & Update:
On May 5th, 2020, Governor J.B. Pritzger announced his phased plan for reopening businesses in Illinois while continuing to keep citizens safeguarded against COVID-19. These phased policies, set to begin on May 31st, are exceedingly fluid as well as data driven and have the ability to change at any time due to how our state is responding during each phase. Here at TechGents, we want you to know that we take these guidelines and safety measures with the utmost of seriousness. This is why, after lengthy discussions with medical professionals, clients, and our families, we have come to the decision to continue our remote work/communication policy that we placed into effect on March 14, 2020. This policy will remain in effect until further notice. Our remote work/communication policy still will allow us to provide the stellar technological work you have come to know and love here at TechGents, just through remote access and no contact device pick up or delivery when needed (only available later this summer). We want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly, but rather was done with the knowledge that our clients and families health must come first.
We understand that the extension of this remote work/communication policy may make some things less convenient or possibly even more difficult at times, and for this we do greatly apologize. Keeping this in mind, TechGents will do everything possible to minimize these inconveniences while continuing to adhere to our policies. We here at TechGents, want to thank all of you for continuing to support our local business during these uncertain times. We will continue to do our absolute best to support your technological needs during this pandemic and continue to keep our community safe.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to message our page directly and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Thank you and please continue to be safe out there,
